Warm up & Cool Down

The importance of warming up and cooling down, whilst ensuring you control your breathing is vital to avoid muscle strain and body pain, the days after training.

Always warm-up beginning at the neck down to your ankle and feet, slow controlled movements accompanied by slow deep breaths balancing your chi aligning it with your body movements.

Always end your training with deep breathing and stretches.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it.
